Sika Mix+ Liquid Mortar Plasticiser, 5L

This general-purpose liquid mortar plasticiser and improver transforms standard brick and blockwork mortars into a smooth, 'fatty' mix with excellent workability. By reducing the need for added water and minimising shrinkage, it helps prevent cracks, improves adhesion, and gives a more consistent finish. Whether you are laying bricks, blocks, or repointing, Sika Mix+ makes the job easier and the results more durable.

- Produces a cohesive, fatty mortar that spreads easily and stays on the trowel

- Reduces water demand while maintaining workability, leading to stronger joints

- Minimises shrinkage and cracking during curing

- Improves bond strength between bricks or blocks and mortar

- Helps reduce efflorescence (salt staining) on finished work

- Suitable for all common mortar mixes (cement, lime, sand)

- Economical – just a small dose per mix saves time and effort

- Easy to use – simply add to the mixing water

Ideal for both professional builders and keen DIYers looking for reliable, high-performance results.
